Our faith is in one God who has revealed
himself in many shapes and forms to man and was born of a simple, humble and saintly woman,
the Virgin Mary, to take us to salvation and be our guide and example. He died for all of us
and rose again on the third day, defeating death. He remains among us in the Eucharist,
in body and soul, in the rest of the Sacraments and in the church, through the Holy Spirit, who
is the symbol of his love for all mankind.
THE PRIESTS
The Priests of this parish have been ordained
in the Roman Catholic Church and\or have Apostolic Succession. We celebrate
the sacraments considered valid by the Roman
Catholic Church, however we recognize Christian celibacy as a beautiful gift
which enhances the ministry of those who freely choose it and which bears a
powerful witness to the glorious reign of God. In contrast to Roman Catholic discipline, our
Priests may also enhance their ministry by choosing to marry. The grace and experience of
the Sacrament of Marriage can greatly increase the efficiency of priestly ministry by
transforming it into a mutual ministry of both husband and wife, and
endowing it with added empathy and understanding.
DIVORCE
According to the Pauline Privilege and
remembering that God has called us to live in peace, we welcome everyone who
is divorced and does not want to be excluded from any Sacraments, including
the celebration of marriage and living out their marriage in full communion
with our church.
The biological purpose of sexuality is the
responsible procreation of new human beings. For that reason, we allow the use of a safe and effective method of birth
control, supervised by a doctor, as a means to achieve the ultimate purpose
of sexuality, to grow in love and in mutual fidelity.
THE POPE
Is and always will be in our faith, the
first of all Bishops and the successor of Saint Peter, considering his
ministry in the promotion of unity among all churches.

CATHOLIC CHURCH
We give our love to and pray for the Catholic
Church and those churches who identify themselves as Catholic. We respect them and wish our
best to those who in good faith look to increase their love for God and live what is preached.
